Kendall Reuwer Accident Maryland Death, Obituary: USPC Delmarva Region Value Member, Dies In Crash

The Delmarva Region and the broader equestrian community are deeply saddened by the tragic loss of Kendall Reuwer, who passed away in a fatal accident on April 9th. Kendall was a cherished member of the Pony Express 4-H Club and a valued part of the USPC Delmarva Region. Her sudden departure leaves a profound void in the hearts of all who knew her, and the community mourns alongside her family, friends, and teammates during this incredibly difficult time.

Kendall was more than a dedicated student and equestrian; she was an inspiration, a mentor, and a role model. From the time she joined Pony Club, she embraced every opportunity to learn, grow, and share her passion for horses with those around her. Her commitment to excellence was evident in every activity she pursued—from speed shows, fairs, and drill team competitions to public speaking, horse bowl, hippology, and horse judging. Kendall even represented her state at the national level in Louisville, Kentucky, exemplifying the dedication and leadership that defined her.

Her leadership extended beyond her accomplishments in competition. Kendall served as Vice-President and later President of the Pony Express Club, stepping up whenever her club needed guidance. She led by example, demonstrating kindness, dependability, and an unwavering positive outlook. Those who worked with her or learned from her remember her quick smile, infectious energy, and ability to lift the spirits of everyone around her. She was not only a leader but a trusted friend and teammate whose presence enriched the lives of all in her community.

Kendall’s impact reached beyond her club. After graduating high school last year, she continued to pursue her passion for equestrian work by assisting various trainers while launching her own business, Delmarva Magnawave. Her enthusiasm for learning and improving the lives of horses in and out of the saddle was evident to all who had the privilege of knowing her.

We will forever cherish the memories of Kendall’s remarkable life, her dedication, and the joy she brought to our community. To honor her legacy, ribbons will be available for members to wear behind their pins at rallies and competitions, serving as a symbol of remembrance and gratitude for the beautiful soul she was.

Our thoughts and prayers remain with the Reuwer family during this heartbreaking time. May we all take comfort in Kendall’s enduring legacy of leadership, kindness, and passion, keeping her memory alive in our hearts and in the community she loved so dearly.
