With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Joshua Green, a deeply valued member of the Moncus Park team. Josh was more than a groundskeeper—he was a quiet steward of the space, someone whose care, dedication, and attention to detail helped shape the park into the welcoming and peaceful place so many have come to love.
For years, Josh worked behind the scenes, tending to the grounds with pride and consistency. His work often went unnoticed in the moment, but its impact was seen and felt by everyone who walked the park’s paths, gathered with loved ones, or found a moment of calm in its beauty. He took great satisfaction in knowing that his efforts contributed to a space where the community could come together.
Over the past year, Josh faced a courageous battle with cancer. Through it all, he showed remarkable strength and resilience. Even during treatment, he continued to come to work whenever he was able—not out of obligation, but מתוך a genuine love for what he did.
